Because the failure of 6VRegulator was suspected, I bought it to convert it to 12V incidentally.
The battery box was able to be installed on the 83 C50 without any modification.
The engine started fine, but the charging voltage did not go up.
I bought a regulator from Mukawa and put it on, and the voltage went up.
It seems that the attached regulator was defective.
The battery box is OEM, but other parts seem to be cheap, so if you are able to tweak the wiring by yourself, it might be better to buy parts from Rose.
It is difficult to understand only Instruction Manual, so it is better to prep the installation information on Net.

It is installed in C50 lantern CUB.
I use it on a daily basis.

Regulator is a little different from Image photo, but I originally think that photo is an example

Was the installation difficult?
The installation method is Text only (no picture), so the hurdle is high when you try to install it suddenly.
But it was no problem because I was able to refer to it by watching YouTube videos of my predecessors.
How was your experience with it?
The night road which was dark and troubled recently with 6V became bright and saved by the conversion to 12V.
It was very good to have Merit that can use recent electric devices (such as USB charging port) by making it 12V.
