It was the time to change out the chain and sprockets for a friends Husqvarna TE300. We decided to would go for a VX3 standard chain this time as previously, they had gone with the gold. This chain came up as a sale item and the 114 link was already in stock.I found the correct chain and length by simply checking DID website and inputting the model and year and that was pretty much it. We also got the rear 50 tooth sprocket from Webike but unfortunately, they did not stock the front 14 tooth sprocket we needed so I had to source that locally. No big deal.No need to go on Husqvarn parts catalogue at all. Although this is a heavy item, the shipping was pretty good. I did have other parts in my order and this meant, the shipping costs are spread over a lot of parts and not just one or two. Webike are one of only a couple of my go to companies for motorcycle parts that take a good amount of care in packaging the orders you place. Even though there were some strange and light parts in my order along with some heavier ones, they packed out the box with additional packing to stop much movement in transit, a simple thing but as I said, not many do this. They also seal the outer box so nothing can get in or out during transit. All arrived in perfect condition and even some of the gaskets which were also in this order, you kind of expect to take a hit, was 100% perfect and so was the chain. I had a quick look at the chain upon arrival and I was very pleased to find no problems and the joint was also in the packet. The stainless steel colouring is super nice, it just seems right. Top quality. Why go with anyone else than DID when these guys know exactly what they are doing with chains. The chain needed no other alterations due to the correct number of links being available at ordering. All fitted including the front and rear sprockets in less than an hour. I decided I would go for a 420D as it is a great chain and pretty cheap, I have gone with either the chrome or silver finish previously but thought I would give this one a try. This came up as a sale item and although the 134 link was out of stock, the 140 links was in stock and just an extra few £s so went for that. Cutting off 6 links is not a problem if you have the right tools. I found the correct chain and length by simply checking the bike's user manual and that was pretty much it. No need to go on Yamaha parts catalogue as some things, you should just know about the bikes in your household you maintain. Although this is a fairly heavy item, the shipping was pretty good and along with a couple of other small and light parts this worked out really well. I opted for EMS as they were a bit cheaper than Fedex Express and EMS get the orders to you faster than Fedex anyway. This chain as I said, was already in stock so arrived within like 5 days of ordering. Come on, 5 days from placing the order to arriving at my door in the UK. Brilliant. All the parts in the order were well packed and as I also had a couple of small parts in the order, Webike securely wrapped them individually so even if the chain moved in transit, the smaller parts would not come to harm. I had a quick look at the chain upon arrival and I was speechless. The finish is flawless, it just feels like quality as do all DID chains. Even the samller chains like this are just second to none for quality. The links were nicely greased and the rollers were super smooth. Why go with anyone else than DID when these guys know exactly what they are doing with chains. The chain obviously needed to lose a couple of links so it would fit the bike, pretty easy job if you have the correct tools. All fitted including the front and rear sprockets in less than an hour. This chain looks amazing. One very happy youngster with new chain and sprockets for the summer season. A few customers have had these brand of screens. Personally, I had never tried them but as it goes they do seem a robust screen. Plus, a customer specifically requested this clear version. They are reasonably priced and the fitment is perfect with what I have read from reviews online for this screen to this model bike. Other items in my basket and this screen meant that the shipping was really good value because if you have a few smaller parts this cuts down on shipping individually. Some of the other parts were always going to be an issue in case they scratched the screen. Webike think of all this and pack your items accordingly. The screen was packed in a loveley thick bubble wrap and taped closed. The rest of the parts in my order were all padded and therefore, no damage could occur during transit. Webike even tape theentire box closed. EMS fast service is what I chose, the cost was so good and all my items were delivered in 5 days.The screen arrived with me in perfect condition and I am not surprised by the amount of bubble wrap that was surrounding it. The screen has a bit of flex which of course you need. This also helps as you do need to have some movement in a screen anyway. All the fixing holes are perfectly made, line up just fine. Not really much else to say about it, it's a clear screen. There are no sharp edges and all appears to be without any distortion to it either, crystal clear if you like. Due to maintenance and inspection, this gasket was found to be faulty. Desparately this part wanted changing. The part was easy to locate using the Yamaha schematics, put your model into the search bar and it shows you the parts quickly. I had some other items in my order and the shipping was really good value. All arrived safe and sound in 5 days. The box was sealed all around and filled with bubble wrap to protect the contents. All was 100% perfect. This gasket was in it's own packet and kept flat. The old one had decided to delaminte and split in various places. Not good. This new gasket was perfect for the job. Really easy to fit if you know what you are doing and take your time. All done in less than an hour. One sweet sounding bike and one super pleased customer. Thanks Webike.View Detail

When it comes to motocross bikes, I personally think the best sprockets you can buy are always going to be Renthal. Super lightweight, super strong and a vast array of sizes and colours to suit just about anyone. I went for the 48 tooth instead of the 50 tooth just to keep it a bit tamer for the youngster. If it is not suitable I might go up one tooth just to test out myself. Very pleased that Webike stock a lot of different tooth specs and in different colours too. Obviously, the red is going well with the livery already on the bike. Really good value for this sprocket too, around the same as I can get here in the UK but I already had a few parts in my basket and ready to pay for. This spreads the cost of shipping over the order and EMS fast is the service I generally use nowadays. All was packed really well and even though the sprocket is light, it does take up a bit of room in the small box everything was in. No problems or worries with anything getting damaged as Webike pack with additional bubble wrap to keep everything in place. The sprocket arrived and my son saw it before me. His eyes just lit up. The colour is super cool and anodised well, no blank spots, no tarnishing and full coverage. The teeth are super nice and added to the new 520 did chain, this is a winning combo. A little love for the CR250R and a new clutch cable was needed. Upon checking, these were very hard to get hold of in the UK but Webike had the correct cables needed. Absolutely fantastic price, well less than half what they are in the UK from genuine Honda parts dealer. Unfortunately though, the Honda dealer in the UK could not give an estimate of when they would be able to get the parts needed. Not an issue with Webike. As these were part of a larger order with other CR250R parts, the shipping was brilliant, not expensive and not too cheap, express delivery is what I went for. From ordering all the different parts in the order to being delivered to my door was literally just over a week. Including a weekend and the wait time for Webike to source the parts from the different manufacturers. How good is that. Upon receipt, the box was perfect and as Webike package all these very well indeed, nothing was damaged. There was also another layer of padding on top. What more can you ask for.The cable came in it's own Honda packet and was in perfect condition when it arrived. The lug was secure, the cable nicely lubricated so slide through the guide outer easily. Fitting is not difficult on an off road bike as not really much gets in the way. Due to maintenance this bearing needed replacing. Rather than go for aftermarket ones, we went for the genuine Honda one. No point in messing around for poor fitment. The correct bearing was found using the help tools on Webike pages. The cost of the bearing was really good value. Better than I thought if I am honest. The old one was failing and causing movement which is bad news for the engine, this was only going to get worse over time. With a few other parts shipped together by EMS all arrived at my door in 5 days. Very well packaged and in perfect condition, Having already removed the old bearing, it was clear that this was going to fail completely very soon. The new one now fitted is silky smooth. The bearing was super clean when unpacked and now the engine runs a little better. No complaints from me on that score. Fitting bearings you do need to take a little care especilly when they are engine based. Take your time and if you are not confident to fit, then seek professional help. Luckily, I have a lot of tools to help with this and to get them fitted perfectly. The wheel now does not sound and feel like it is on a tractor lol Thanks for the help Webike, great work.View Detail
